| The Department of Posts, India has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-packet’ system for supply and erection of hoardings (involving fabrication work) and printing of hoardings for display in post office premises at 20 locations in Bangalore. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs. 5,000.
Applicants should deposit the EMD at the cash counter in any post office and original receipt in form ACG – 67 should be enclosed along with the technical bid.
Tender forms, with detailed terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the chief postmaster general, Bangalore, on payment of Rs. 25 in the form of ACG-67, or can be downloaded from the website. The tender forms can be procured up to November 25, 2011. Duly completed tenders should reach the office of the chief postmaster general, Bangalore latest by 2.30pm on November 28, 2011.
