Press Information Bureau Government of India Ministry of Law & Justice  07-December-2012 18:47 IST Appointment of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh  In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as the Chief Justice of the same High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
