Handing over of Land where quarter numbers 741 to 784 of type IV in sector 4 R.K. Puram are situated to DMRC NOTICE Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. have proposed Construction of Janak Puri (West) Kalandi Kunj Corridor of Delhi MRTS Project, Phase III for which they require one pocket of land at Munirka Opposite sector 4, R.K.Puram. This Directorate has been requested to provide land required by DMRC where quarter numbers 741 to 784 i.e. 44 quarters of Type IV category in sector 4, R.K.Puram are situated. It has been decided to hand over these quarters in public interest and provide alternate accommodation to all the allottees according to their entitlements/availability. In the above connection it has been decided to withhold the allotment of Type IV in R.K.Puram for this month. The allotment of Type IVS and D II quarters will also be withheld for the month of February 2012 in order to allot alternate accommodation to the affected allottees as above.
