LIST OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS FOR 2012 ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ADMIMSTRATION SECRETARIAT Port Blari, dated the 23rd August 2011 NOTIFICATION No:178/2011/F/No.15-1/2011/GA Under the Explanation of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881) read with the Govt.of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.2/6/57-J dated 17th December. 1957 and in pursuance of the instructions contained in the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs letter No.14046/27/83-GPI dated 15th February, 1984 and the Ministry of Personnel & Training, PG. & Pensions (Dept. of Personnel and Training), New Delhi Office Memorandum No.12/ 03/2011-JCA-2 dated 27th June,2011, the Lt.Governor of A&N Islands has been pleased to declare the following days to be Public Holidays in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands during Calendar year, 2012.
