Latest News from India Against Corruption 11.06.2012

* The CAG mentions that PM (as coal minister between 2006-09) was responsible for the loss of approx 2 lakh crore rupees to the public exchequer.
* The former Coal Secretary in his interview to NDTV has mentioned that corruption happened during the allocation of coal blocks when PM was the coal minister
* Senior media journalists and eminent personalities like Justice A P Shah, (Retd) Admiral Tahliani are backing the allegations against PM

* Government says it does not have enough evidence to form a Special Investigation Team (SIT)
* PM says that he will retire from politics if charges are proved
* Ms. Sonia Gandhi says that allegations are baseless
* Government says it will not form a SIT


We believe that the situation is VERY SERIOUS. 15 of the 34 cabinet ministers including PM are facing serious corruption charges.

Such situation requires serious pressure building. Many Indians are choosing the non-violent way - indefinite anshan from 25th July. Join the anshan if you also think that India needs you.

Remember history is being rewritten and this time it is DO OR DIE battle against corruption.
