CacTax1011 by Sandeep Verma, DOE, Min of Finance is a free Income Tax Calculator for employees of Government of India for F/Y 2010-11. An Income Calculator is also included. I have taken due care to make the program as accurate as possible. No guarantees, however. It is free after all.
