Central Armed Police Forces(Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2012 Written Examination Result Declared
The UPSC has announced the results of the written part of the CAPF (ACs) Examination, 2012 held by UPSC on 11th November, 2012. The candidates with the under-mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Physical Standards Test / Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Standards Test. The candidature of all the candidates whose Roll Numbers are shown in the list is Provisional, subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community etc. at the time of the Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said prescribed certificates ready. 2. The Central Reserve Police Force (Nodal Authority nominated by Ministry of Home Affairs) will intimate the candidates about the date, time & venue of the Physical Standards Test/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Medical Standards Test, to be conducted by them. In case, any candidate does not receive the call letter for Physical Standards Test/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Medical Standards Test (MST) by the 3rd week of April, 2013, he/she may contact the DIG(Recruitment) / Dy. Commandant(Recruitment), Central Reserve Police Force on Telephone No. 011–24364884 Extn. 317, 226, 224 and e.mail i.d. –digrect.crpf@mail.nic.in. 3. The candidates who have been declared qualified in the written examination are required to get themselves registered and fill up the Detailed Application Form on-line through the Commission’s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in. Online Detailed Application Form will be available on the Commission’s website from 15.04.2013. A hard copy of the On-line filled Detailed Application Form, along-with relevant documents like proof of date of birth, educational qualification, caste, Civilian Central Govt. Service employee, resident of J & K etc. is to be submitted by the candidates to the CRPF authorities at the time of conduct of their PST/PET/MST who in turn would forward to the Commission, applications, along-with supporting documents & certificates, of those candidates who have either been declared fit or their appeal for review medical (on being declared unfit) have been accepted by the Appellate Authority in the CRPF. The Commission would summon only those candidates for interview who, after clearing the PST and PET, have been declared ‘FIT’ in the Medical Standards Test. 4. Candidates are advised to intimate change in their address, if any, to the CRPF Authorities, Block 1, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 and U.P.S.C. through letter or Fax immediately to facilitate delivery of communications to them promptly. 5. The Mark-sheets of all candidates will be put on the Commission’s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting Personality Test) and shall remain available there for a period of 60 days. Results of The Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2011; Declaration of Result of 89 Candidates from the reserved list
The results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2011 were declared vide Press Note dated 04.05.2012 recommending 910 candidates in order of merit for appointment to IAS, IFS, IPS and Central Services Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ against 1001 vacancies. The Commission, in accordance with the Rule 16 (4) & (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules, was also maintaining a Consolidated Reserve List in order of merit below the last recommended candidate under the respective category. As sought by the Department of Personnel & Training, the Commission has now recommended 89 candidates which include 74 General, 14 OBC and 01 SC, to fill up the remaining posts based on the Civil Services Examination, 2011. A list of these candidates is enclosed. The candidates so recommended will be communicated with directly by the DOP&T. The candidature of one candidate bearing Roll No. 257387 is provisional. Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2012- Results of the Written Examination Announced
The UPSC has announced the results of the candidates who have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). The UPSC had conducted the written exam of the Civil Services(Main), 2012 in October last year.
Personality Test of these candidates will commence from 4th March, 2013. Personality Tests will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. The date and time of Personality Test is being intimated to the qualified candidates individually. It will also be displayed on the Commission’s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in. The candidates who do not receive communication regarding their Personality Test, should immediately contact the office of the Commission through letter or on Phone Nos. 011-23385271, 011-23381125, 011-23098543 or Fax No. 011-23387310, 011-23384472.
The mark-sheets of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting Personality Test) and will remain available on the Website for a period of 60 days.

UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination Exam, 2012 Written Part Result Announced
The result of the written part of the Indian Forest Service Examination (IFS), 2012 has been announced and the same is available on the Commission’s website http://www.upsc.gov.in.. The written test was held by the UPSC in July 2012. The candidature of all these candidates is PROVISIONAL subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates would be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims relating to age, educational qualification, community etc. at the time of the Personality Test. Therefore they are, advised to keep the said certificates ready. In accordance with the Rules of the examination, all these candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF), which is available on the Commission’s website http://www.upsc.gov.in. All the qualified candidates are required to fill up the DAF and submit the same ON LINE. The DAF will be available on the website of the Commission till 24-02-2013. Important Instructions regarding filling up of the DAF and submitting the same ONLINE to the Commission are also available on the website. The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the Rules of the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2012 published in the gazette of India, dated 14-20th April , 2012, which is also available on the website of the Commission. The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website before filling up the ONLINE Detailed Application Form . The candidates are required to bring in person an ink signed copy of the printout of DAF alongwith their photograph and all relevant documents on the day of Interview. Interview of Candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test are tentatively scheduled to commence from 25th February, 2013. The exact date of interview will, however, be intimated to the candidates through Interview Letter/e-mail. Roll Number wise Interview Schedule will also be made available on Commission’s Website in due course. The candidates are advised to check their e-mail also for further information. No request for change in the date and time of Personality Test intimated to the candidates will be entertained under any circumstances. “The mark-sheet of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result ( after conducting Personality Test) and will remain available on the website for a period of 60 days.” The candidates can access the marks-sheets after keying in their Roll Numbers and date of birth. The printed/hard copies of the marks-sheet would, however, be issued by UPSC to candidates based on specific request accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope. Candidates desirous of obtaining printed/hard copies of the marks-sheet should make the request within thirty days of the display of the marks on the Commission’s Website, beyond which such requests would not be entertained. The result will also be available on the U.P.S.C.’s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in The Union Public Service Commission have a Facilitation Counter at its campus. Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding their examination/ result on working days between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. in person or over telephone Nos. Final Results of Combined Defence Services Examination (11), 2011
Final Results of Combined Defence Services Examination (11), 2011 356 candidates have qualified the Combined Defence Services Examination (11), 2011 for admission to the 133rd Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course. The list of the candidates is in order of merit, but there are some common candidates in the three lists for various courses. The CDS Exam (11) was conducted by the Union Public Service Commission in September, 2011 and later on SSB interviews were held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. It is underlined that the results of Medical Examination have not been taken into account in preparing these lists. The results will also be available on the UPSC website at http://www.upsc.gov.in. However marks of the candidates will be available on the website after completion of the entire process i.e after declaration of final result of Officers Training Academy (OTA) for Combined Defence Services Examination (11), 2011. Written results of Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service, 2011 Union Public Service Commission has declared the results of written examination for Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service, 2011. Interview of candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test is likely to commence from 25th June, 2012, but the exact date of interview will be intimated to the candidates through interview letter. Roll Number wise interview schedule will also be made available on Commission’s website. In accordance with the Rules of examination all these candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Forms (DAF) which will be available on the Commission`s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in.from 01-06-2012. All the qualified candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) and Summary Sheet and submit the same ON LINE. The Detailed Application Form (DAF) will be available on the website of the Commission till 12.06.2012. Important instructions regarding filling up of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) submitting the same ONLINE to the Commission are also available on the website. The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website before filling up the ONLINE Detailed Application Form. The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the Rules of the Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, dated 30.07.2011, which is also available on the Website of the Commission. It is also instructed that after submitting the Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly filled in ONLINE, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Detailed Application Form (DAF) separately and will have to send the printed copy of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly signed by the candidate along with all relevant documents to the Under Secretary (IES/ISS), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069, so as to reach the Commission`s Office latest by 15.06.2012. The envelope containing the print out of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) submitted ONLINE should be super scribed “DAF for Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2011”. It can also be delivered at UPSC by hand till 15.06.2012 till 5.00 PM. The marks-sheets of candidates, who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission`s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting Personality Test) and will remain available on the Website for a period of 60 days.
