No.31011/4/2007-Estt(A), dated 30th April. 2012 and O.M.No.31011/2/2003-Estt.A-IV dated 15th June, 2012 regarding extension of relaxation to visit North Eastern States and J&K for a further period of two years and to say that the said instructions may also be invoked in respect of All India Services officers in respective State cadres under the provisions contained in rule 3 of All India Services (Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1975.
