No.31011/4/2007-Est(A), dated 30th April, 2012 and O.M.No.31011/2/2003-EstLA-IV, dated 15 th June, 2012 regarding extension of relaxation to visit North Eastern States and J&K for a further period of two yearsand to say that the said instructions may also be invoked in respect of All IndiaServices officers in respective State cadres under the provisions contained in rule3 of All India Services(Leave Travel Concession) Rules, 1975.
