HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED CORPORATE OFFICE 15/1 CUBBON ROAD, BANGALORE - 560 001 Group Health Insurance Scheme for Retired Employees Group Health Insurance Scheme for Retired Employees The last date for submission of the documents by the retired employees is extended upto 31.12.2011. HAL is in the process of introducing a Group Health Insurance Scheme in respect of its retired employees & their Spouses (including Widows/ Widowers of employees). The Scheme would be administered through an Insurance Company, which is being finalized, and the Third Party Administrator (TPA) which will be recommended by the Insurance Company. The salient features of the Scheme are indicated in Annexure-I (Click). 2. HAL invites all retired employees and their spouses to join the Scheme. 3. Enrolment Forms to be completed are enclosed as Annexure-II & Appendices A to C (Click). 4. Interested retired employees are requested to download & fill up the Forms at Annexure-II & Appendices A to C (Click) and forward them to the Head of the HR (earlier P&A) Dept. of the Division/ Office from which they had retired, along with the requisite Certificates, Documents, Photographs etc., to facilitate enrolment. The completed Forms should reach the Division/Office latest by 7.12.11 5. The contact details and addresses of Divisional HR Heads are indicated in Annexure-III (Click). 6.
