Conduction of Postman/mail guard
examination in regional language
medium

Madam,
We came to know that the Department of
posts is going to conduct Postman/Mail guard examination in English medium. It
is too difficult to the GDS officials to understand the question paper in
English medium. Moreover all the GDS officials completed their academic courses
up to X class in respective regional languages. 0.9 minutes time is allotted to
answer one question. No GDS official is not able to understand the question in
English within this time.
It is known fact that the Postman/Mail guard
examination has been conducting in regional language medium for several
years.
Hence you are requested to conduct the cited
examination in regional language medium.
Necessary instructions may be issued to all
circles.
